Free Consultation 

We will meet with to discuss the expectations of your birth and the scope of my practice. This is our opportunity for to get to know  each other and preview how me might work best together.

Prenatal Visits 

I will meet you for 1-2 prenatal visits to discuss your birth plan and  how I may assist in your labor preperation. We will focus on your goals and expectations; talk through hopes, concerns, and fears. Your partner's imput is important as well ~ they are an integral role during labor! We will also go over the best ways and time to contact me once you are in labor.

Phone & Email Support 

Pregnancy is an exciting time. I am happy to be available to you by phone, text, and email for support throughout your pregnancy. Many women contact their doula first because of her supportive and loving energy.

During labor 

Beyond 37 weeks of your guess date will be my on-call period. Once you are in labor, I will provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support to you and your partner. This starts with your first exciting phone call, and continues once I meet you at the hospital, birth center, or your home. I stay with you for about two hours after delivery to lovingly support the first moments with your new baby.

Guaranteed Doula Back-Up

In case of extraordinary emergency, I have a network of back-up Doulas. These wonderful ladies compliment my style, temperment, and philosophy.

Community Referrals

I have a comprehensive list of resources for pregnancy, postpardum, and partners throughout San Diego. This is further specified by service and neighborhood.

Postpartum follow-up visit 

Between 7-10 days postpartum. I will visit you in your home to review your birth experience. I can suggest mommy groups and lactation support in your area. This is a time for warm reflection, reconnection, and lots of love.
